Let's Celebrate!
The Y is a great place to have your next birthday party or family gathering! All parties are scheduled for two hours and must be scheduled 15 days in advance at the Redbud YMCA Family Center. Each party consists of one hour in the pool followed by one hour in the party room. A lifeguard will swim test and monitor the kids in the pool. The party can bring their own food, paper goods, and decorations. Air inflatables are not allowed in the pool. Alcohol and glass are not permitted in the building. The party shares the pool during the family swim.

Full payment is due upon reservation
Parties are booked accordingly to availability
Parties must be booked at least 15 days prior to your event
Party Information
Host can arrive 20 minutes prior to event to decorate and set up party room
The pool is available for parties but will remain open to the Y members and families
The Y will provide party room tables and chairs for every event
Lifeguards are provided for every event
Host is responsible for picking up rooma nd bagging all trash
The Y will clean party room after you event and take out the trash
All pool rules and guidelines must be followed
Guest must check in at the Front desk and cannot arrive until the time of your event
Party room and pool must be vacated at the time listed when the party is over
