Class Schedule

As a member of the YMCA, you are given complete and total access to all of our group exercise and water fitness classes. Classes are for beginners to advanced. Group Exercise classes are for members only, while water fitness classes are also free for members but are available to non-members for an extra fee.

 The Pool and water aerobic schedules take into effect starting March 17  and until  May 31, 2025
